Sound Magic Fox Privacy Policy

* Special Categories of Data (SCD): Biographical stories, personal memories, emotional preferences. We do not collect information regarding racial/ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, or health status. Legal Basis: Explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) for creating the soundtrack.

* Technical Data: IP address, cookie data, browsing history. Legal Basis: Legitimate interest of the Company or Consent.

Principle of Data Minimization (Art. 5(1)(c) GDPR): We collect only the data that is absolutely necessary for the stated purposes.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

Your data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

* Primary Purpose: Creating a personalized soundtrack based on Your story.
* Contract Fulfillment: Processing Your order, managing Your account.
* Legal Compliance: Fulfilling tax, accounting, and legal obligations in accordance with Israeli legislation (e.g., VAT Law).
* Marketing: Sending promotional materials and offers (only with Your separate consent).

* Authors and Composers: Only the minimum necessary data is transferred for work performance, under strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) terms.
* Payment Systems: Transaction data is transferred via secure gateways (Bit, PayPal).
* Government Authorities: We disclose data only upon an official request, court order, or in accordance with the law (Art. 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law).
* International Transfer: Conducted only to countries ensuring an adequate level of protection or based on appropriate safeguards (Art. 44-50 GDPR).
* Security: Data is stored in encrypted form. Access is limited to employees who have signed an NDA. Regular security audits are conducted.

* Data related to financial transactions and contracts: 5 years from the end of the relevant fiscal year. Legal Basis: Obligation under Israeli tax legislation (VAT Law).
* Audio files and source story texts: 1 (One) month after delivery of the final soundtrack. Legal Basis: To provide an opportunity for edits.

* Cookies: Up to 12 months. Legal Basis: Until consent is withdrawn.
